JS Help Desk grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of JS Help Desk. Support

The hours of Support are Monday-Saturday between 9.00am-6.00pm (IST) (GMT +5:00) Pakistan. All Support questions must be submitted via our helpdesk at www.JSHelpDesk.com/support/. All Support questions will be answered in around 12 business hours from the initial contact. The purchase email will be used to Support our Products. More information can be found here. We offer Support to all Customers that have purchased our extensions at JS Help Desk, www.JSHelpDesk.com. We offer Free support to piad user upto 15 tickets. Afterward user need to bay paid support. We do not offer Support to customers that have purchased our extensions anywhere other than JS Help Desk, www.JSHelpDesk.com if a customer is found to have downloaded, obtained any of JS Help Desk products from another source, the source of the download, distribution of JS Help Desk files is in breach of our Copyright & Website License terms, all matters will be investigated under the International Copyright Laws.

Terms of Support

Under the terms of Support, we must be granted administrative access to the Website, or access via FTP in which our product was installed. If a customer deny’s access to the Website in which our Product was installed we can not offer any Support, therefore any claims to our Product “not working” will be deemed null and void. If The Client’s website has technical coding, defects, damage or hosting problems not caused by JS Help Desk; JS Help Desk will not be able to offer Support or Fix the Client’s Website.

Refunds

JS Help Desk stands behind all of our products and we will resolve any faults or imperfections found in any of our products. This we can guarantee.JS Help Desk does not offer refunds for purchased products. Unlike physical goods, electronically distributed software and software licenses can be easily duplicated. Once we have distributed a release version to the customer, the sale is final, and you may not return the software for a refund or credit. Please be cautious and make sure you know what you are purchasing.

Under no circumstances JS Help Desk will provide refunds on “your software is not what I need” basis.
Finding a bug in our products is not a reason for a refund. If you do find bugs, please report them so that we can fix them.

In the event of a mistake purchase, please report this to our billing department using our ticketing system. In order to evaluate our products, please test them on our demo server. If you are uncertain of a specific feature, please ask a presale question or read the product documentation.

JS Help Desk reserves the right to approve refunds in the following cases ONLY:

  • Upgrade to a different license type of the same product within 7 days of the purchase date
  • Product purchase error if the product was NOT downloaded

Refunded amount is subjected to the following rules:

  • If the amount is below 35 USD, 5.5 USD is retained
  • If the amount is above 35 USD, 15% of the total amount is retained

For all other issues that don’t fall into the categories above, please contact our billing department using our ticketing system.

Your Membership Account

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use our website only with involvement of a parent or guardian. JS Help Desk, www.JSHelpDesk.com and its associates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

Account/Service/Support Termination

We JS Help Desk, www.JSHelpDesk.com have the right to terminate your account for any reason, at any time, without notice, at our discretion. Reasons accounts are terminated:

    • Repeated violations of the Terms of Conditions
    • A single case of severe abuse (such as predatory behavior, threats, abuse or spam)
    • Accounts dedicated to a policy violation (hate speech, harassment, impersonation, etc)
  • JS Help Desk demands a very high level of respect and professionalism from its employees and business partners, in turn, we expect the same level of respect from our customers, no level of harassment, abuse or threats will be tolerated in our Support area.`

Upon termination of an account, all valid product license keys will be removed, all support will be terminated.

Reviews, Comments, Emails, and Other Content

Visitors may post reviews, comments, and other content: and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of “spam.” You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a card or other content. Products sold for download through www.JSHelpDesk.com are the sole work of JS Help Desk and are provided “as-is” with no expressed or implied warranty or suitability claims. As the buyer, you accept all responsibility for all outcomes from installing and/or using the downloads sold through www.JSHelpDesk.com by JS Help Desk. Extensions sold at www.JSHelpDesk.com are tested on the Standard WordPress environment using the standard Themes built into the core and are duly tested prior to release on the latest version of a standard WordPress installation. Any incompatibilities with third-party themes and plugins are beyond JS Help Desk (www.JSHelpDesk.com) responsibility. All products are provided ‘as is’ and in no case is it implied that they will function as expected under any setup or configuration nor with any or all 3rd party plugins or software or server environment. Moreover, all downloads are copyright to JS Help Desk and CANNOT be resold elsewhere. Doing so violates international copyright laws.
