Ban Email is used to restrict the user to create new tickets. By this add on, you can ban any of the user’s email however, he cannot able to create new tickets.
Admin can simply ban any of the user’s email to restrict him to create new tickets. Moreover ban user cannot get any respond back to his ticket or reply over his ticket.
Agent or Manager can also ban any of the user’s email by single button. Agent can also UN-ban the user’s email.
