There are multiple options on every ticket like create, edit and delete. By this add on, You can get more options like Print Ticket, Lock ticket, Make Ticket in progress and change ticket priority.
Admin
Admin may have more power on any ticket to having more options like Lock ticket, make ticket in progress, take print of the ticket and can change the priority of the ticket.
In Progress
Make ticket in progress when a ticket has opened by an agent.
Action Lock
Admin can lock any of the ticket however none of the action can happen on the ticket.
