Front-End Widgets

Widgets in WordPress allows you to add content and features in the widgetized areas of your theme which is mostly the sidebar. However these widget-ready areas can be in the header, footer, sidebar, below content, and basically any other area in your theme. By adding this add on, widget is offering two default widget of Latest ticket and Email Notification Widget.

Admin can add any of the widget in the widgetized area of his theme mostly in the header or footer or any where where he wants. Widget gives the quick view of all operations of your support ticket.
